Feline Lodging is $31.50 per day – includes meals, clean bedding, fresh water and 30 minutes of free time

Pet Health Warranty Program

This warranty program is not optional all are automatically enrolled!
By checking you acknowledge you have read this. The Pet Health Warranty Program will be $1.75 a day and covers any illness or injury that happens during a pets stay or up to three days after up to $400.00 in services with us with two exceptions: 1) pre-existing conditions 2) injuries inflicted on one pet by another when clients elect pets to share a run.

Lodging Rules and Regulations

Please read & check each box, by checking the box you are indicating that you have read and understand each item.
Lodging fees are based on date to date, this means you are charged the day you drop off and the day you pick up. Ex. Friday to Sunday = 3 days of lodging. If you pick up before 10am Monday – Saturday you will not be charged for the day. If you pick up before 12pm on Sunday you will not be charged for the day. Open ended lodging reservations or reservations over 2 weeks will result in a deposit at the time of drop off and you must leave a credit card number to be charged weekly
For the protection of your pet every pet must be up to date on vaccinations PRIOR TO LODGING. If Limerick Veterinary Hospital is not your vet, written proof is required from your vet. For feline lodging we require Rabies (by law), FVRCP (feline distemper), and a clean fecal sample tested within the last 12 months. We also need proof that your cat has been tested negative for FeLV/FIV. If this test has not been done, it is required in Happy Tails for your cat to have free time.
If a fecal sample is being tested during your pets stay and the results come up positive for parasites, medication will be prescribed and administered at the owners’ expense
Any pet that lodges in Happy Tails is subject to a one time per stay Hazardous Waste Disposal Fee of $9.25
Medication may not be hidden in your pets’ food. Our staff needs to be aware of all medications our guests are taking, and we want to ensure each pet is taking their medication. If medication is found in your food you will be charged appropriately.
Once Daily: $5.50, Twice Daily: $10.00, Three times Daily: $13.50, Four times Daily: $18.25
If your pet arrives with fleas and/or ticks he/she will be bathed and treated with a flea and tick product at the owner’s expense. All means to contact you will be conducted
A charge will be applied to each day of lodging for any pet that requires special handling due to temperament or has special needs due to medical problems. This is determined by management.
We DO NOT allow leashes, collars, harnesses, beds, blankets or toys to be brought from home. We will provide clean and soft bedding for your pet during his/her stay with us. We WILL allow some items needed for medical conditions, such as a slings, diapers, etc. Carriers may be left in HTAC for pick up.
